Barbara (Conti) Burgess, 60, of Staten Island, passed away Tuesday April 6th at Staten Island University Hospital. She was born in Staten Island, NY to the late Marco & Mary Conti in 1960. She is survived by her brothers, Vinnie Conti (Zina) & Marco Conti (Norma), sisters Kathy Harisiades (Kevin) & Donna Cope (Russell), son Michael Conti, daughter Mary Bugaj, son David Burgess Jr (Jessica), and many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews that she loved and cherished. Friends and family may call from 9am to 10:30am Monday, April 12th at Scamardella Funeral Home, 332 Broadway, Staten Island, NY 10310, with a church service and burial immediately following. Anyone wishing to send flowers may send them to Scamardella Funeral Home.
