Obituary for Floyd C. McCoy Floyd McCoy passed on October 9th, 2021 on Staten Island, New York. He was 82 years old. He was born in Guanaja, Honduras where he lived with his siblings Lurline, Leslie, Ellie, and Eddie, After completing his education, he emigrated to the United States. Soon after, he met the love of his life, Barbara Bodden in 1964. The couple had five children who they raised on Staten Island. Floyd worked as a Building Superintendent. He worked with his company for over thirty years before retiring. In his past time, he enjoyed hosting card games, cooking and listening to music. He was most memorable for his generosity and taking care of his family. Floyd is predeceased by his five children, Janet, Jacklyn, Stanley, Kim, and Andrew along with a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He will be sorely missed by friends and family.
