On January 10, 2023, Joyce McGann passed away peacefully at age 83 following a long suffering illness.

She cared deeply for her family and friends and was more than happy to be the central figure in the lives of her children. She played the role of mother and father more often than her children realized. Despite these struggles, she always strived to provide a loving and warm home for them. She did this not out of obligation, but because this was who she was. Joyce always provided support and love for her family.

Over the years, Joyce regularly brought comfort to the sick and infirm. She put in the work, earned her wings, and went to walk with the angels.

Joyce is survived by her daughters Marcia and Sandra, her sons Neville, Paul, Nikita and Milford, and remembered by a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
