Rafael Ortiz, 75, passed away peacefully on Oct 31st,2023, Born P.R Ponce. he is the son of the late Mateo Ortiz Feliciano and Oracia Rafaela Morales Guillermo. Rafael is survived by his daughter Sylvia, son Anthony, David, Micheal, and his grandkids. Better known as papa, he was a selfless, generous, caring, friendly, bright man. He would always be there for anyone at any moment. He would always make you laugh until your stomach hurts. He always brought light into the room. He would always have a smile on his face no matter the situation. Papa is a really bright person and he continues to be bright. He will always watch over us no matter what.
